lives and works in Brescia

Manuel Gardina is a multidisciplinary artist with a formative background at the Brera Academy in Milan, where he specialised in Sculpture, and the Middlesex University of London where he further explored
New Media and Animation.

His artistic research was further developed at the HQ Immersive Lab in the UK, CG Forge and Houdini School, consolidating his ability to marry traditional visual arts practices with new technologies, programming and special effects.

Formally, his works comprise two-dimensional pieces, sculptures and videos. Conceptually, they reflect on the hybridizations and transformations of nature through digital synthesis. Both in format and intention, his work consistently fluctuates between the tangibility of the real and the abstraction of the digital, exploring the potentials and challenges of this ever-evolving dialogue.

His work was presented and performed at various locations including Diocesano Museum, The Address Gallery , Italy, New York and London.
